E-commerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on E-commerce manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. E-commerce strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive online sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
    Identify and capitalize on market trends, ensuring our online presence remains competitive and innovative.
  2. Website management:
    Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring functionality, user experience, and responsiveness.
    Work closely with our developer to implement website updates, improvements, and new features.
  3. Product listings and merchandising:
    Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and optimization for search engines.
    Implement merchandising strategies to highlight key products and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  4. Digital marketing:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
    Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics to improve online visibility.
  5. Customer experience:
    Monitor and enhance the overall customer journey on our e-commerce shop.
    Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  6. Marketplaces:
    Manage relationships with third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) to expand our online presence and reach new customers.
    Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on marketplace platforms to maximize sales and visibility.
  7. Analytics and Reporting:
    Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
    Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, (Online) Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (2-3 years) in e-commerce management.
  3. Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify).
  5. Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
