Junior Product Development Manager

As a Junior Product Development Manager, your role is central to shaping our innovative product range. Your primary focus will be twofold: maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring the seamless execution of the production process.

In managing our current stock, your attention to detail will be crucial. You'll play a key part in keeping our shelves stocked and ready to meet customer demand. Your strategic thinking will be instrumental in maintaining a delicate balance between supply and demand, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Simultaneously, you'll oversee the production process, where your coordination skills will come into play. Your role is to ensure each step flows seamlessly, contributing to the creation of products that not only meet but exceed our quality standards.

ACTIVITIES

– Maintaining and organising product stock
– Working with the marketing and sales team to keep track of stock requirements for upcoming periods.

– Execute and coordinate the production process 
– Making forecasts for new products  
– Helping create new products and improve existing ones within assigned timelines and budgets 
– Building roadmaps 
– Market and product research 

REQUIREMENTS

– Have creative and innovative thinking skills and are a great problem-solver 
– Are a great communicator internally with the team and externally with suppliers 
– Never lose track of time, scope, budget 

– Have the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and take on ad hoc projects 
– Have the ability to set priorities, stay flexible, and be pro-active 
- Have a strong eye for detail and work organised and accurately
- Residence in Rotterdam or surrounding areas

32-40 hours a week

Product Development Internship

As a Product Development Intern you will be working closely with our Product developer. You will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of product and packaging innovation. You will conduct research on emerging trends, source sustainable materials, and collaborate with our design team to create products and packaging that not only meet customer needs but also leave a lasting impression.

REQUIREMENTS

— Proficient in English

— Currently enrolled at a University or University of applied Science

AVAILABILITY

At least 4-5 days a week.
